Posts the ticket panel. Set channels, categories, and staff role in parameters first.

How it works

Run /ticket-setup to post the ticket panel for anyone to use. Each selection creates a private ticket channel under its matching category, gives access to the requester and your selected staff role, and pings staff. In the /ticket-setup Parameters in Kite, choose the text channel for the menu, paste the three category IDs, and select the staff role. These settings can be changed anytime in Kite. If you change the menu channel, run /ticket-setup again to post a new menu.

Before you start

  1. 1Configure the five /ticket-setup Parameters in Kite: choose a regular text channel for the ticket menu, paste the Discord category ID for each ticket type, and select the staff role. To copy a category ID, enable Developer Mode in Discord, right-click the category, and choose Copy Channel ID. You can change these values anytime in Kite. /ticket-setup posts the menu; it is not a form for entering settings.
  2. 2Give the bot View Channel, Send Messages, and Embed Links in the menu channel, plus Manage Channels and Manage Messages so it can create private ticket channels and pin their information messages.
  3. 3Run /ticket-setup to post the menu.
  4. 4You must setup Cookie API to use this. Why: Transcripts, logging, and more.
  5. 5Note: It is HIGHLY recommended you spend ~5-10 minutes looking through the code, and customizing the ticket categories and anything else.
