AI Check
Answer a yes or no question, like whether a message is spam, and run the Yes, No or Unsure branch. You set how sure the AI has to be.
AI Choice
Pick one of the options you add, like the team a support question goes to, and run that option's actions.
AI Score
Rate something on a scale you describe, like how urgent a ticket is, and ping a moderator when it's high.

Do I need an OpenAI API key?
No. The AI blocks work without your own API key. They use the credits of your app instead.
How many credits does the AI use?
An answer from the Ask AI block costs 5 credits with the Fast model, 20 with Balanced and 100 with Smartest. A web search costs 25 credits with the Fast model. AI Check, AI Choice and AI Score cost 1 credit each. The free plan includes 10,000 credits per month.
Can I change how the AI answers?
Yes. You set a personality when you import the template, and you can change the instructions in the Ask AI block at any time.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You build commands by connecting blocks in a visual editor. You can also describe a command and Kite's AI builds it for you.
