Whenever a person runs /pvp, you get added to a channel where you can PvP the person who ran it. Credits to ALT for the Idea!

/pvp: checks if the person you want to PvP Against has their Requests ON or OFF. If they are OFF, You can't PvP the person who you want to PvP against. If It's ON however, a channel is created: the flow generates a random number from 3 to 30, and with this number it makes a message with a timestamp, the timestamp shows how many seconds until the number, so if it's 30, the timestamp will show the current time + 30, and with it: you need to wait until the timestamp reaches 0, and then you press a button, and you win (if pressed before opponent), and if you press it too early, you lose.
/pvp requests: the user can change if they want to be PvP'd or not.
