Keeping track of your staff team shouldn’t take a spreadsheet and a lot of copy-pasting. This bot handles it in a few commands, and it keeps everything tidy for you.

When someone breaks the rules, issue an infraction and it gets its own case number and a clean message in your infractions channel. Made a typo, or changed your mind about the type? Edit the case and the original message updates itself. If an infraction was a mistake, revoke it. The message flips to “Revoked” and the person’s active count goes back down. Need to check someone’s history? Pull it up, newest first, or view everything at once.

And when someone earns it, announce their promotion in your promotions channel with one command.

What you can do

/infraction-issue to log an infraction with a user, type and reason /infraction-edit to fix the type or reason of a case, edits the original message /infraction-revoke to take an infraction back, edits the original message with revoked button. /infraction-view to see one person’s infractions, or everyone’s /promotion-issue to announce a promotion
