Birthday command
Schedules a yearly birthday reminder with an embed, sent to Discord at midnight in your chosen timezone on your next birthday and every year after.

How it works
/setbirthday takes a birth date and timezone, works out the personโs next upcoming birthday, and sends that date plus a birthday embed to Mizu with yearly recurrence. Mizu stores the job and posts the embed straight to Discord at midnight each year โ Kite isnโt involved again after scheduling, and each successful delivery automatically queues the next yearโs reminder.
